Daily Duties at Closeline Settlements:
Contributed legal knowledge and real estate experience toward supporting all aspects of daily operations, with strong focus on optimizing productivity and efficiency. Exhibited dynamic communication and negotiation skills toward conducting settlements on behalf of the Title Insurance Agent for various new Condominium Developments in the state of VA & MD. Played a key role in closing broad range of Purchase, Refinance, REO and Foreclosure Transactions. Ensured critical compliance to lender conditions, as well as federal and state laws and regulations. Conducted comprehensive review and analysis to approve Title Binders for over 42 states, as well as reviewing and preparing HUD-1’s prior to settlement. Applied interpersonal relation abilities toward building and establishing key relationships and liaising directly with Lender, Realtors and Clients.
