 Managed Real Estate Owned (REO) Title Department, overseeing everything from file inception to administration of settlements for Buyer’s Side transactions  Reviewed and approved all MD deeds, ensuring compliance with MD law  Effectively communicated with all parties to make certain seller and lender approval have been obtained and all title insurance requirements have been satisfied  Reviewed and approved all HUD figures for Seller Side REO transactions
