Sales, Account Management, Design, Merchandising and Marketing for 80 year old family business. Coordinated and managed satellite offices in 4 countries in Europe and Eastern Europe. Traveled extensively to Europe ove 10 year period to trade shows and manufacturing factories, overseeing all production and sourcing. Developed all vendor relationships. Negotiated the Joint Venture with 2 Italian Textile mills to produce exclusively fabric for production of companies manufacturing needs and requirements. Transformed company from low margin private label company selling merchandise to mass market into better/luxury designer merchandise, (Regal, Bill Blass) sold to all high end department stores such as, Neiman Marcus, Sak's, Bloomingdales, etc with maintained margins of 35%.
