Partnered with International Celebrity LL Cool J to form company for the purpose of exploiting a lifestyle clothing line to Retail America. Responsible for Full P&L Management, organized all licensing initiatives. Directed day to day operations of the company including the building of administrative, design, sales and merchandising divisions. Personally presented line to all Retail Stores. Organized and executed all brand related marketing, personal appearances, events, concerts and public relation events. Collaborated with William Morris Talent Agency, Def Jam Records to promote the Todd Smith/LL Cool J brands insuring cohesiveness and synergy between apparel and music at POS at all retail levels and distribution points.
