Daily Duties at Webco Industries:
Review QA and process documents for continued compliance to ASME, ASTM, ISO, AND ASNT-TC-1A, Verify proper set up of UT(FD-4) 7 Channel Rotary system 4 shearwave channels 3 Longitudinal wave. Verify external Coil ET Unit 3 channel 1 absolute, 1 Differential, and 1 sigma phase. Verify material by use of hand held x-ray system. Calibration of all measuring devices (mic's, caliper,gauges, and verify linearity of units. Data entry using WORD, EXCEL, Creation of EXCEL formula sheets. And Training of All personal into Level II ET/UT positions.
