· Led project to calibrate current adhesive systems on all production lines which developed calculator for operators and engineers to monitor pump efficiencies and system set points to increase down-time efficiency by 12% · Developed and managed both oral and written training on adhesive system operation and calibration process for operators, process specialists, and engineers · Successfully implemented numerous process optimization efforts including quality signature to eliminate shutdown waste by 13% and reduced variability in waistband placement by 9% · Created trial inspection plans to ensure quality defects were identified during production trials to eliminate waste
