Recruited to spearhead IT projects and business reengineering initiatives aimed at driving productivity and bottom-line improvements. Managed the entire lifecycle of systems engineering projects – ranging from requirements gathering and needs assessments through to system design, testing, implementation and support – to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Tasked with the oversight of multiple projects simultaneously, which involved leveraging standard methodologies to facilitate the management of resources, timelines, budgets, changes and risks. Assisted department managers with the analysis of existing business processes and the development of improved business workflows.
