Daily Duties at Pacific Child & Family Associates:
Tasked with managing the day-to-day business operations of 7 office locations consisting of 21 staff members. Oversaw the restructuring of all day-to-day operations, including the Accounting, Human Resources, Billing, Clinical Support and Administrative Departments. Maintained constant communication between corporate and field stakeholders to gain consensus and secure buy-in for strategic business initiatives. Integrated business requirements between local and remote managers and employees in addition to devising and implementing written processes, procedures and best practices to drive continuous improvements and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Charged with coordinating the launch and management of 3 new offices with 137 personnel in less than 10 months.
