Daily Duties at Invensys/ Eaton:

Responsibilities include all aspects of inventory management and production control for $37M of service inventory, qualify new suppliers, vendors, negotiate and implement the WMS system to control and improve process flow for shipping and receiving, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, provide coaching and training with development on critical needs, cycle counting, budgeting, capital expenditures, performance evaluations, adhering to all OSHA safety practices, implementation of ergonomically correct work stations, create a “never outs” program for all critical parts, establish Lean Sigma processes that out performed industry standards, analysis of transaction anomalies with procedural improvement, champion change through continuous improvement with in the logistics and service organization
