Daily Duties at Actia Corp:

• Implement Lean Manufacturing/Business Strategies and Methods • P & L Responsibilities, on time delivery improvement, quality at the source. • Develop Flexible and Scalable Workforce for changing customer demands • Run multiple kaizen events, development of new product lines, reduce non-value added events • Lead ISO and “lean” activities in achieving a low cost, high quality results mfg. team focused on internal and external customer requirements. • Lead Total Production Maintenance events which lead to longer equipment life, fewer unscheduled breakdowns and operator equipment maintenance involvement.
