Daily Duties at Best Buy:
Supervised 10-15 employees in the highest revenue department (approximately $1.5M per month) Prioritized department operations based upon customer needs, staffing, store environment and P&L reports. Scheduled part-time and full-time department personnel within a budget of $2K on average Trained new employees on how to sell the total package of products, accessories and warranty, which resulted in a more efficient department and increased department gross margin Efficient in merchandising and overall product organization, resulting in being named the most organized department in the district (eight stores) Managed day-to-day work operations including inventory levels, employee zone coverage and overall department appearance
