Daily Duties at Camille Yvette Restaurant:

•Ensure daily deposit of cash receipts and credit card receipts, along with issuing deposit slips for pick-up. •Ensure that daily cash counts and banking are preformed •Prepare Change Fund for Front Desk and cashier banks. •Supervise the daily administration and operations of the Finance Department •Responsible for all financial reports, financial analysis, financial controls, cash management, budgeting, and forecasting •Responsible for all AR, AP and Payroll •Responsible for all bank reconciliations, •Maintaining of Fixed Assets Register and Depreciation Schedule •Ensure timely and accurate compliance with local and statutory obligations •Maintenance of General Ledger including balancing to subsidiary ledgers and monthly reconciliations. •Reports any hazards, risks, accidents as required •Abides by and is aware of all relevant Occupational, Health & Safety legislation •Assist and supervise stock-taking functions •Training of team members •Filing and archiving of records for at least 5 years in line with statutory requirements •Perform any other duties as required •Assisted the owner (CEO/Director) with his administrative and personal duties •Reported directly to the Director
