Daily Duties at Walt Disney World:
Identify revenue opportunities Work with corporate marketing and creative departments on new pavillions, parks and promotions Assign teams to new projects, mentor and monitor progress Develop rehab plans and location closings Act as spokesperson for Parks food service Menu design for special VIP parties and marketing functions Evaluate and train culinary team for advancement and use in new project Monitor Parks food srervice creative process and location P&L
