P&L, Quality and Guest Satifaction Responsibilities for 18 arenas, stadiums, convention centers, NASCAR venues and PGA events. Standardize 3 largest U.S. Convention Centers - McCormick Place Chicago, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL, Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, GA. Update and enhance arena, NASCAR, and stadium menus and presentations Develop and launch new projects - Ro;; PGA into Levy from Restaurant Associates, Nickelodeon Universe, MN, Gold Class Cimemas, nation wide
