Daily Duties at At&T Wireless:
• Wrote product requirements for enhanced mobile services such as call waiting, caller ID, and voicemail indicator. Responsible for evaluating emerging technologies for mobile data systems and wireless network features. • Developed a network evolution strategy to introduce intelligent network capabilities in cellular networks (WIN). Created a WIN call model which was accepted by CTIA and incorporated in North American standards. • Presented at several international wireless conferences and forums on the evolution of cellular and PCS network architecture.
