A Joyful Journey Work Values

Daily Duties at A Joyful Journey:

• Manage, oversee and motivate the A Joyful Journey staff (including: hiring, firing, performance management and recognition duties) • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all A Joyful Journey staff • Coordinate the Kindermusik class schedules • Serve as the lead customer service contact for families in the Austin area • Act as a liaison between the A Joyful Journey business and other facilities and businesses used as rental space • Establish, monitor and analyze the A Joyful Journey budget • Develop and implement the Kindermusik policies and procedures • Order all supplies needed for Kindermusik classes and the A Joyful Journey business • Coordinate and attend Kindermusik functions and marketing events • Conduct departmental meetings • Meet with business owners to form partnerships
