Daily Duties at Med/Max Management, Inc.:

Director of Davis Hospital and Medical Center Senior Health Clinic in Roy, Utah. Global responsibility for the management of the Senior Health Clinic. Major functions include planning in cooperation with the Medical Director and hospital CEO program goals and objectives. Prepare, implement and report on departmental operating and capital budgets. Develop, implement and revise departmental policies and procedures. Establish and oversee operating and marketing plans. Direct all aspects of clinic administration, including physician recruitment, training, continuing education and staff development, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Design and implement effective patient account management. Manage all patient billing. Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase clinic productivity. Member Ogden Chamber of Commerce
