Daily Duties at Moore County Chamber Of Commerce:

Manage the financial and day to day operations for the organization. Prepare annual budget, audit preparation, monthly financial reporting, and other necessary reports or reports requested by the board treasure. Maintain Chamber’s compliance with all federal and state tax requirements, including posting of mandatory notices related to state and federal employment practices. Suggest mid-year budget revisions. Provide team with financial support on events and projects as needed. Primary contact with banking partners, payroll vendors, accountant and auditor. Provide President and Executive Committee financial information and input in order to make informed financial decisions. Generate all accounts payable/receivable and payroll monthly. 2009 ACCE Chamber of the Year Award Finalist.
