Recuited, lead and managed seven tactical buyers supporting the procurement of electro-mechanical components and subassemblies for the manufacture of mass transit train braking systems supporting a three site international OEM. Developed purchasing procedures, ISO9001 qualitification and material budgets for more than 20K SKU's.
