Daily Duties at Deluxe Digital Studios:

Start up and development of International Menu Localization department, recruit, hire, train and supervise staff of 12+ (coordinators, motion artists, production artists, assets and QC), correspond/interact with staff, clients, territories, translators, CEA staff, vendors, etc., project management, scheduling, process/procedure development, system development, asset/inventory tracking, developed system for keeping projects organized and easily accessible, form design/creation, quality control, PO request completion and submission to client, budgeting, equipment, PO submission to DDS finance department, financial tracking of International department (including annual multi-million dollar revenue requirement), occasional travel to California to meet with clients/co-workers, apply international translations to DVD menus, DVD menu design.
