Managed Strategic Global Sourcing, contract development/negotiation, drafting for electro-mechanical, MRO and Logistics for a multi-site manufacturing supporting the aerospace industries. Implementation of Six Sigma and Lean Projects and team leadership with on going continuous improvement in on time delivery, quality and total cost. Responsible for year after year reduction in total cost reduction.
