Daily Duties at Sparton Corporation:
Managed the stragetic sourcing of electro-mechanical, MRO and Logistics for multi-site international electronic manufacturing for both commerical and military applications. Responsible for Profit and Loss supporting commodities coupled with supplier sourcing and performance. Implemented Point of Use (POU) Programs resulting 100% OTD, 99% quality levels and a $500K reduction in total costs.
