Daily Duties at Anchors Landing Family Resaurant:
•Guest Relations; working with guest opportunities, special requests, dietary needs, reservations, large parties on and off premise events 2005- present •Sales Management; Boost departmental sales through employee incentive programs such as contests ranging from shift to weekly and monthly with dessert, alcohol, appetizer and high profit entrees, ensure servers have proper conversations for suggestive selling and ensure inventory is to par to prevent outages 2005- present •Service schedules, training, review, and program development, host service team meetings covering successes and opportunities within the operation, develop plan for improvement and follow up to ensure success. Adjust tickets for all servers on shift; ensure food is served properly in a timely manner 2005- present •In charge of all catering events including pricing, staffing, scheduling and timelines to ensure success of events 2007-present •Accounts payable, receivable and payroll, menu development, P & L statements; adjust menu and service development through time and history reports 2005-present •Day to day operations; Weekly inventory, lead culinary team in both production and line shifts ensuring quality and recipe/portion control. Negotiating food pricing and placing food and beverage orders with distributors US Foods, Ben E Keith Foods, Cypress Whole Sale Produce, Labatt Food Service, Glazer Wholesales and Republic National 2007-present •Scheduling regular maintenance projects as well as maintenance repair with contractors 2007-present
