securing U.S. work authorization status for foreign nationals and expatriates to include obtaining / tracking critical data and working with employees, managers, and HR staff to coordinate petitions, applications, and internal processes. • Achieve advantageous HR results by developing targeted policies, SOPs, and best practices designed to inform and standardize mobility and immigration processes, along with actively interpreting international mobility, immigration, and workforce planning protocol. • Contribute sharp analytical abilities toward drafting new policies related to immigration and international mobility (i.e. travel reimbursement for visa renewals, short-term assignments, and company-sponsored permanent residency). • Spearhead improved business processes by creating and updating a tracking tool for all levels of HR, plant, and corporate management on various data related to foreign national employees and intra-company transferees to include key employment data such as, but not limited to visa and assignment type, expiration of U.S. work authorization, business segment, and work locations. • Optimize data management by completing annual taxable income tracking for U.S. expatriate population to include providing periodic payroll / benefits reports; handling all auditable / non-auditable immigration files; and responding to foreign national employee concerns.
