Daily Duties at United States Army Reserve:
• Supervised six military personnel and six contractors that synchronized efficient use of 14,000 theater transportation assets for Multi-National Corps-Iraq supporting Joint military operations in Iraq • Provided uninterrupted transportation support to Army Materiel Command Redistribution and Property Assistance Teams by forecasting, coordinating, and allocating the movement of battlefield systems to Ah Shuaiba Port to meet CONUS refit and readiness contract requirements • Led unit project that redefined the Movement Control Team Business Strategy for handling customer complaints resulting in increased service levels and improved in-transit visibility of customer cargo • Derived and compiled metrics indentifying risk factors and mitigations for management of capabilities to meet 100% of fifteen Brigade deployment and redeployment requirements
