• Responsible for recruiting and interviewing; handled benefits compensation, and emergency management, managed department expenditures and forecast budget to meet department initiatives; partnered with operations to hire/fire and maintain employee relations; assisted with building security, risk management training, development of policy and procedure. • Conducted new-hire orientations, product & service, sales, safety, and business-related training in the Southwest Region. • Developed curriculum, identified training gaps, maintained Learning Management System (LMS); assisted with campaign promotions.
