Daily Duties at Henkels & Mc Coy:

• Establish a multitude of employer contacts for the fulfillment of “hard-to-fill” positions with “hard-to-place” employees • Provide Case Management services for all participants who require vocational training and/or post secondary education • Perform resume and cover letter creation, correction and modification for increased effective job search • Perform job placement services, including creating marketing brochures, flyers and tri-folds, in addition to marketing the program to local potential employers • Prepare, facilitate, and manage unique and enriching classroom activities • Create and manage the coordination of recognition events and ceremonies • Prepare lesson plans pertaining to employability, job search, employment retention, occupational topics and life skills.
