An international trade and investment program, with an international network of offices in over 30 developing countries (Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia and South America), designed to build the MIS capacity of small companies in the healthcare, agriculture, ICT and energy sectors. • Provided sustainable market access and trade opportunities to over 10,000 companies. • Managed a US based professional staff of 15 and an international staff of 90 in 20 overseas offices. • Designed program and business development strategies for both international and country specific operations. • Program was successful in meeting performance criteria and goals set by USAID; quantifiable improvement in trade linkages to support growth of supply chains in the agriculture and healthcare sectors within countries of program operation. • Quantifiable measurement of improved “deal making” generated in each country. • Improved market access to business information and the business communication processes through centralized electronic (web based) trading platform. • Set up and staffed international offices through implementation of over 20 competitive tenders (RFP). • Implemented an M&E program to measure program impact in both regions and countries of operation. Annual Budget- $6,000,000.
