Team Leader of a multidimensional consulting team consisted of international legal and economic experts (4) tasked with strengthening the commercial legal system of Timor-Leste ; focusing on the agriculture, competitiveness and small-business sectors. • Designed and implemented comprehensive set of assessments and surveys, measuring a full spectrum of economic data. • Made comprehensive recommendations to the Council of Ministers on laws to promote foreign investment in the healthcare and agriculture sectors. • Managed the implementation of an economic survey of the national economy.
