The Partnership was funded by USAID through the Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) IQC to provide technical, management and financial management support to facilitate infrastructure development, and down stream management of the water, transportation, energy and ICT sectors. • Managed the global program with a budget ceiling of $100M. • Designed country specific programs in Africa, (Guinea, Ghana) and South America (Colombia, Brazil).
