Managed all technical, financial, and administrative functions. Provided technical base for system and integration engineering support to airborne and space-based C4ISR acquisition programs. Managed multi-site division, growing from five to sixteen cross-functional engineers, scientists and analysts engaged in modeling, simulation, and engineering support to defense agencies.
