Daily Duties at Atp Manufacturing Llc:

Supervised highly flexible, 75 person, Polyurethane Molding production department and support areas including chemical batch processing, Preparation and Finishing, Thermoforming, QC, and Machine set-up departments. Ensured that production standards and yields were met through training and analysis of daily production data for trends and patterns. Responsible for hiring, training, and the evaluation of all personnel. Adjusted personnel levels on a daily basis with temporary personnel according to the daily scheduling needs for all three shifts. Interacted with Symix ERP system for labor tracking and raw material and finished goods inventories. Prepared and presented daily manufacturing statistics and issues to management at a daily operations meeting. Maintained supply inventory based on individual department budgets and sales forecasts. Accomplishments: · Increased production by 10% and lowered scrap rate by 5% though Operator and Inspector-Packer Certification programs. · Team member of ISO 9001 Task Force responsible for achieving ISO registration and charged with maintenance and upkeep of the ISO system. Lead Machine Operator 1992 – 1998 Trained, coached, and mentored machine operators enabling them to achieve the highest of quality standards and yields. Directed monthly machine operator performance evaluation sessions for all shifts to improve individual operator contribution. Provided technical assistance and problem resolution to manufacturing group. Accomplishments: · Developed and implemented an Operators training program complete with custom training manuals for Injection Molding and Polyurethane Open Pour Molding Machines.
