Daily Duties at Ccl Manufacturing:

Supervised 10 technicians in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment. Coordinated and scheduled aerosol and chemical batch processing machinery-rebuilding activities. Ensured that PM’s were completed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures. Performed root cause analysis for machinery failures and suggested system improvements based on findings. Trained new employees on GMP, and all SOP and WI revisions. Utilized JDE One World ERP system for scheduling purposes. Responsible for set–up and machining of custom parts on Bridgeport’s and Lathe’s as needed to minimize downtime. Accomplishments: · Member of Product and Downtime Variance Team responsible for implementation of corrective actions reducing downtime by 4.5% and increasing production levels by 7%. · Cut maintenance budget by 10% through fabrication of machinery replacement parts in house.
