Visited dealers to train managers/sales reps on product positioning, prospecting, product demonstrations, application selling, trade show & promotional support, went on joint sales calls targeting both existing and prospective customers to win sales, increase incremental business and exceed $20M budget. Grew sales, managed performance, support, problem resolution, service and credit issues, developed and expanded relationships with key contacts, and prepared/submitted forecasts, competitive analysis reports, and dealer action & accountability plans for sustained sales growth.
