Daily Duties at Lexmark International, Inc.:
Strategically planned, created and built new indirect channel organization and client base of distribution partners/copier dealers covering the eastern United States while serving as their liaison with Lexmark. Contacted dealer and C-level leader prospects via phone, email & face-to-face meetings presenting value proposition to market products, solutions and services. Developed relationships with key contacts from different management levels to strengthen and solidify opportunities and secure new business. Managed Top Team in nation of Territory Sales Managers, visited existing partners to train management, sales reps and support staff on product positioning, promotional support, advertising campaigns, trade shows, competitive analysis, quarterly & annual performance and facilitated plan & review meetings to optimize sales. Managed client sales funnel, performance expectations and accountability, assisted with special promotions and pricing, and prepared weekly/monthly scorecards, reports and action plans.
