Daily Duties at Sales Tiger, Inc.:

Motivate & manage sales team. Develop customer relationships through telephone and face-to-face contact. Identify & administer solutions to resolve cutomer support issues. Provide timely & appropriate responses to customer inquiries. Participate & encourage quality assessment, profitabilty & improvement activities. Generate relevant reports. Analyze financial & operational performance and monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved bugetary constraints. Tailor local strategy to align with corporate marketing strategy. Perform all duties inherent in the role of regional manager including hiring, development of associates, plan & reviews, and termination. Promote the corporate culture in branches and throughout the company.
