Daily Duties at Miami Dade College:
I have developed and coordinated for a program to meet organizational goals. Conducted studies and research to evaluate and access the quality of the program's results. I have made formal presentations related to the program. I did research and complied program data and presented summary of funding in a narrative and presented numerical and statistical data in the form of charts and grafts. I monitored the progress of the program's objectives that affect the quality and level of service. I provided teaching and tutoring to students, mentoring and advisement. Developed counseling skills to students, selected students for the program and assisted students in their chosen paths toward degrees in college. I worked closely with the director to ensure proper guidelines of the program were adhered. I had direct support to the department Director. I assisted with Budget requirements for the program and coordinated directives of the grant program.
