Managed local rental branch with responsibilities for all aspects of the business; from profit/loss statement, staffing and training, marketing, facility needs and inventory control. Forecasted yearly operating budget. Formulated short and long term goals and developed an action plan to optimize branch performance. Oversaw personnel needs including the interviewing, selecting, training, disciplining and evaluating of employees. Provided input into termination, compensation and promotion decisions. Developed and implemented sales plan to increase market penetration. Direct supervision of 13 full-time and 3 part-time employees.
