Daily Duties at Burberry Dist Center:

Supervises the preparation of shipment requests/paperwork in accordance with SOPs. Identify areas for process improvements and update process and procedures. Detailed client contact on preparation and issues with shipments. Maintains timely and clear communication with employees. Ensures that information regarding new organizational initiatives, programs and policies is disseminated. Manages performance to ensure the attainment of objectives; conducts a formal appraisal at least annually according to Human Resources guidelines. Develops employees in order to expand their capabilities and contribution to the organization. Counsels employees on performance issues in a timely manner according to Human Resources guidelines. Makes recommendations on such human resources management matters as employee selection, orientation, salary administration, professional development, HR system data change forms, and terminations according to Human Resources guidelines. Ensures a safe working environment for staff. Trains staff on new and updated SOPs. Assists with performing duties of some variety in unloading, moving and storing a variety of materials, parts or products. Ensures the accurate, efficient, timely and complete storage to shipping, to support activities and the productivity in a packaging dock environment.
