Daily Duties at Cmr Seattle, Llc:
• Develops Quality Control programs for clients that meet State, Federal and Lender guidelines to maintain compliance as a licensed Third Part Originator or Mortgagee. • Performs internal QC audits of closed loan files on a monthly and quarterly basis to meet State, Federal and Lender requirements. Reports on all findings for use in continual improvement programs by the client. • Works with clients to develop and maintain training programs for originators & management to ensure continued compliance with changing state and federal guidelines. Implements training programs on a monthly basis as needed.
