Daily Duties at Applied Intelligence Solutions:

Responsible for strategic direction, development and execution of all corporate sales, consulting services, productivity operations and business practices. Directed and managed worldwide complex consultative sales and process consulting organizations for predictive intelligence – based analytical & enterprise software solutions sold direct and indirect with global partner organizations and implemented into the Retail and CPG Global 1000.  Presidents Club – 2005  Presidents Club – 2006  Presidents Club – 2007  Increased revenue by 350% in first year over previous year in old model.  Increased Territory SaaS revenue base from $900k to more than $12M (just short of a 1200% increase).  Achieved highest closure ratio and profit level companywide every year.  Successfully drove and closed first “enterprise suite” sale valued at $6.8M including high value recurrent revenue component.  Engineered and implemented jointly with the CEO a spin off formation from the parent company.  Successfully became independent operationally and worked to acquire financing.  Led strategic planning for all new product development including building new methodologies for product requirements and financial projections and timelines.  Recruited and executed all personnel hires for all positions to drive scaling plan to exceed company financial targets.
