Daily Duties at Meti Inc.:

Managed METI Sierra Vista Operations office. Coordinated activities for local contracts. Established and maintained cordial working relationships with both government and corporate contract administration officials and other customer personnel. Prepared monthly invoicing reports, tracked labor categories and rates by contract, task order, and employee, and maintained cumulative burn rate for each task order. Alerted the Contracting Officer’s Representative to anomalies or funding issues and provided suggestions for suitable alternate actions. Recruited for new employees using on-line recruitment sites and networking, and participated in career fairs, including arranging logistics and staffing, coordinating with sponsors for corporate participation, and preparing relevant advertising media. Coordinated candidate interviews, ensured appropriate labor category and rates, prepared offer letters and in-processed employees. Assisted employees with benefit inquiries and time card requirements, maintained personnel files, and flagged performance reviews on anniversary dates. Managed outgoing correspondence, shipment and delivery records, maintenance of facility, equipment, supplies and utilities, and petty cash. Designed and developed graphic presentations for briefings, media advertisements, brochures, flyers, and trade show displays. Contacted training institutions and providers and coordinated employee training and testing in response to contract requirements and government subtasks. Annotated employee files regarding completion of training requirements, reimbursements, and certifications or diplomas. Coordinated employee morale and welfare activities; arranging for venue, RSVPs, program, menu, and corporate participation for seasonal events, award presentations, and luncheons. Maintained corporate awareness of and/or participation in individual employee situations (awards, family events, bereavement, etc.) whenever appropriate. Led the yearly annual corporate participation in the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence Systems Technology (AFCEA C4IST) Expo, as well as other conferences and career fairs. Made arrangements from the inception phase to completion. - Managed the Executive Suites, Sierra Vista, AZ, owned and operated by METI, Inc. Provided on-site management of executive office rental spaces. Duties include negotiating rental agreements, creating advertisements, and maintaining a professional atmosphere. Perform miscellaneous administrative, communication and maintenance tasks associated with property management.
