Work with discharge planners,physicians, and families to build census for SNF. Worked with SS, MCD, MCR & HMO's to ascertain pay status, etc. Performed sales/marketing for facility, etc. Worked the floor as a charge nurse when needed and supervised staff to insure quality care and patient needs met.
