Exceed all performance benchmarks relating to total revenue and inbound call conversion. Consistently demonstrate a passion for generating sales and providing superior customer service. Work closely with current clients to identify their needs, seek solutions, and motivate them to continue with program. Promote the program, and other nutritional products to existing clients. Stay informed of constantly changing trends in weight management. Interact with marketing and e-commerce teams regarding campaigns and customer satisfaction.
