Project oriented --- ***Chiron Developed alternative master plans for the Emeryville campus. Developed custom tools for forecasting space needs including workload and cost analysis. ***Toyota Motor Sales Analyzed business processes to improve productivity of the facilities team. Specified a Computer Aided Facility Management Software; including Facility Needs Forecast. ***Genentech. Specified and programmed an asset planning database for forecasting lab space needs. Also, led team defining software requirements for an Asset Management database system. Short listed vendors and developed implementation and customization plan with budget. ***IBM at American Express Led the specification gathering, design, and project costing for the conversion of 20,000 desktops for American Express; including negotiating all application software tiers and support levels. Led a 10 person team in negotiating the standard hardware configurations, standardizing the software tiers, developing and testing a migration methodology, restructuring the Help Desk and other levels of support, and developing a costing model. Total proposal value over $40 Million. ***Southern California Edison Coordinated customer and supplier teams. Developed and implemented a headcount forecasting tool. Developed a maintenance management budgeting system supporting state of the art bottom-up budgeting. ***Other clients included the Saudi Air Force, Getty Trust, Countrywide Finance, Bank of New York, and Steelcase
