Daily Duties at Creative Consulting:

•Interim Controller and Chief Financial Officer; brought in to help management with financial and accounting needs. Develop metrics dash board for management to drive businesses. •Prepare yearly budget including power point charts, graphs, schedules and re-forecasting presentations. •Complete account analysis including, wholesale and retail fixed assets, prepaid expenses, insurance, leases and rents, intangible assets, variance analysis of actual expenditures to budget, prior year expenditures, and latest estimates. •Evaluation, planning and implementation of all computer, internet and telecommunications needs. PCI audit needs. •Preparation of several internal and external reports generated with Microsoft Access, Excel in unison with ERP computer program. Prepare Consolidated multi-entity (including International entity) Financial Statements. • Help with search for computer system needs, including implementation, budgets and timelines. Expert installer and conversion of Quick Books, Accpac, Macola, Spa Booker, Host Analytics Budgeting and Finance along with other GL packages
