Daily Duties at Minolta Business Solutions:
Minolta Business Solutions was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Minolta Corporation, now Konica Minolta Business Solutions, representing Minolta products exclusively. This position was responsible for all aspects of branch service operations including profit & loss on roughly $6M in annual sales revenue. Managed 50 employees across 5 departments including service, call center/dispatch, parts & logistics, credit & collections and contract administration. Heavy emphasis on aftermarket sales, major account management and pre-sales conultative solution selling. Managed rollout of over 300 installations at various locations for Dallas Public Schools. Improved branch national stack ranking from 28 of 30 to within the top 3 in under 36 months. Improved net profit from 21% to 38% annualized within the first 24 months while doubling gross sales revenues. Six-time President's Club Member.
