Daily Duties at Danka Office Imaging:
Danka Office Imaging, now part of Konica Minolta, was an international VAR representing primarily Cannon, Toshiba and Hewlett Packard products. Responsibilities were essentially identical to those of Pacific Office Automation, full profit & loss responsibility for $2.2M in annual sales revenue, primary and aftermarket sales, consultative solution selling for document management solutions, scanning/archiving/publishing. Frequent travel was involved covering the Pacific Northwest states. Managed a team of 23 Field Technical Support Representatives and Sales Associates. Improved Net Profit from 22% to 34% annualized during first 12 months. Implemented cross-brand training program to improve field efficiencies and response times. Approximately 70% office work, 30% field work.
