Daily Duties at Child Net:

Lead and manage staff of four to provide all human resource and talent management functions to 360 employees, including: benefit administration, employee relations, performance management, compensation, recruiting, retention, recognition, safety and risk management, policies and procedures, legal and regulatory compliance, culture development and leadership/management development. Work directly with all staff levels, including senior management.
