Initiated integration of a new system of information and referral into the existing system, as well as a new collaborative intensive case management process. Coordinated collaborative efforts with several other regional organizations requiring the same client data and treatment plan. Proved sustainability of the project and saving the department over $70,000 annually. Coordinated & compiled client data. Reported dept. statistics to the regional director. Handled logistics, training and supervision of 10 to 12 transport personnel. Extensive development of database management, statistical input & analysis for the department.
