Daily Duties at Northern Colorado Medical Center:

 Initiated integration of a new system of information and referral into the existing system, as well as a new collaborative intensive case management process.  Coordinated collaborative efforts with several other regional organizations requiring the same client data and treatment plan.  Proved sustainability of the project and saving the department over $70,000 annually.  Coordinated & compiled client data. Reported dept. statistics to the regional director.  Handled logistics, training and supervision of 10 to 12 transport personnel.  Extensive development of database management, statistical input & analysis for the department.
